Dear Parents,
We are introducing meal bookings through Parent Pay. From 8th July all parents will need to make school meal bookings via parent pay. Please login and make your meal bookings asap as you can make your selections from now.
Here are just a few of the benefits for parents….
– Parents can see the meal choice and this supports in particular with younger children or fussy eaters
– Ensures that children receive the meal choice you have made even if they are last to receive a meal
– Safeguards children with allergens, religious menus etc
-Parents can cancel the order on the day of a child is absent or going to be absent
-Helps with us ordering food in and the correct amounts which reduces waste and supports the environment
-Parents can book from any device at a time convenient for you in advance
-No more lengthy Microsoft forms for parents to complete
-Meal selections are visual so this will help when booking meals for your child.
Please note that for parents with more than one child you will need to make bookings for each child. This ensures your Child will receive a meal of his/her choice.
All parents need to have an activated ParentPay account in order to book meals. We have sent reminders to parents that do not have an active ParentPay account. Please contact the school office if you need a reminder of what your login and password is and we will get resend you the information.
We have attached two documents and a short video showing how easy it is to make meal bookings it takes seconds to do, as a summary below is how simple it is
1. Login to your ParentPay account
2. Select your child name
3. Select the option for meal bookings
4. Select the week you are booking for
5. Make a selection per day of your Childs meal option from the visual menu
6. Make the booking
7. Make a payment if you prefer to do so at this point.
Please remember as a school we are unable to offer credit. We spend a considerable amount of time chasing outstanding debts and this will reduce that time and also ensure that your account is kept up to date.
