Class 1 visited the Blue Reef Aquarium at Tynemouth as part of our ‘Under the Sea’ topic. We had a feel of some real life starfish and sea urchins! On our way around the centre we saw lots of interesting creatures. We saw some Piranhas with sharp teeth, Tortoises, Otters, and Eels. In the underwater tunnel we also saw a shark, a puffer fish and a stingray. We saw some beautiful fish with many colours including some clown fish and an angel fish. We also went outside to see the Sea Lion and Seal show, they loved to mess around and do tricks. We had a fantastic day.
