My name is John Waine and I am one of your co-opted Governors. I am a Senior Lecturer in e-Developments in the School of Health and Social Care at Teesside University. I was born and raised in Bishop and attended local Primary and Secondary Schools and moved back to the Town in 2000. I have, because of my professional background, a passion for technology in education, but my long association working in a Health and Social Care environment means I also understand and care about the welfare of your children. In the School I am a member of its Finance Committee and are your Governor with responsibility for Safeguarding and your child’s e-Safety. I have been a governor at the School since 2007 and I am proud to be part of this School’s development and will endeavour to help continue its improvement in developing your children.
